These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms," "these Terms," or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and Lektoto (hereinafter referred to as "Lektoto," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to, registration on, and use of the Lektoto online betting and gaming platform accessible at lektoto.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing any bet, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

In order to register and maintain an active account on Lektoto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of any person employed by or affiliated with Lektoto;
• You are not located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal;
• You have not previously had an account with Lektoto that was suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms;
• All information provided by you during registration and thereafter is accurate, current, and complete.

Lektoto reserves the sole and absolute right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to suspend or close any existing account, without obligation to provide reasons, where Lektoto reasonably believes the eligibility conditions set out in this clause have not been or are no longer met.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Lektoto Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Lektoto reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and to confiscate any balances and/or winnings therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Any changes must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Lektoto strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out using your login credentials — whether by you or by a third party — will be treated as having been carried out by you. You must notify Lektoto immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Lektoto is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as your Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time frame may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Lektoto accepts deposits made via the following payment methods, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC20).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Lektoto reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with notice via the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Currency

Deposits are accepted and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as the primary account currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Lektoto is not responsible for any gains or losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and credited receipt.

5.4 Own Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Lektoto account are your own legally obtained funds and that you are the authorised account holder for the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Lektoto reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend the relevant account where a third-party payment method is detected.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification, have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds, and whose accounts are in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries. Lektoto reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or fraud investigation.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, Lektoto will arrange an alternative method following satisfactory KYC completion.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. Gold Tier VIP accounts are entitled to same-day processing. Standard and Silver accounts may experience processing times of up to 24 hours during peak periods.

6.4 Fees

Lektoto does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets or bank accounts. Third-party fees imposed by the User's bank or payment provider remain the User's responsibility. Cryptocurrency withdrawal fees are subject to prevailing network gas or transaction fees.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Lektoto are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General principles governing all Lektoto bonuses are set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 5x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds will be automatically forfeited;
• Lektoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, exploitation, or fraud;
• Each eligible User is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Lektoto employs fraud detection systems to identify and void duplicate bonus claims;
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus applies to each qualifying crypto deposit up to a maximum bonus of MYR 688 per transaction. Wagering requirements apply;
• Lektoto's Loyalty Programme tier benefits, including cashback percentages and birthday bonuses, are subject to revision with reasonable notice.

8.1 General

All bets placed on the Lektoto Platform are subject to Lektoto's general betting rules and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation via the Platform interface. Lektoto reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets with manifestly erroneous odds caused by technical errors.

8.3 Obvious Errors in Odds

Where Lektoto determines that odds were offered in error due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure, Lektoto reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the staked amount to the User's account. In such cases, no winnings will be paid on the voided bets.

8.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on events including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, World Cup qualifiers, AFF Cup games, and UFC bouts are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a live bet is confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements, subject to the provisions of clause 8.3 above.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Lektoto Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies across platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of Lektoto's pricing model;
• Facilitating or assisting any person under the age of 21 in registering an account or placing bets;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

Lektoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where Lektoto reasonably suspects a breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Where KYC documentation has not been submitted within the required time frame;
• Where Lektoto is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• Where Lektoto suspects fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity in connection with the account;
• Where the User requests self-exclusion under Lektoto's Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not due to a breach), any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds are not returned upon account closure.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, Lektoto reserves the right to withhold any balances and/or winnings associated with the breaching conduct. Lektoto will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in connection with any investigation of fraudulent or criminal activity.

Lektoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered Users and can be activated at any time via Account Settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a specified time period;
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of each individual gambling session;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum cooling-off period of 6 months;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session notifications of your elapsed playing time and net position.

All content on the Lektoto Platform, including but not limited to the Lektoto name, logo, brand assets, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, and data feeds, is the proprietary property of Lektoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Lektoto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lektoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting winnings due to system downtime, technical malfunction, or force majeure events;
• Errors in odds or market data caused by third-party data feed providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform.

In all cases, Lektoto's maximum aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Lektoto's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Lektoto's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lektoto holds its operating licence. The applicable licensing jurisdiction shall be as disclosed in the Platform's licensing information section.

By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Lektoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where any amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations as a User — Lektoto will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the change and may request account closure in accordance with these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at lektoto.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of each revision.
